Job summary

Scoot is seeking a motivated Sales Operations Officer to support trade-related sales activities and enhance our Trade Partners' experience in Singapore. You will collaborate with Scoot Commercial teams and external partners to ensure smooth sales processes across point-of-sales in line with Scoot's policies.

The role emphasizes improving in-house tools, streamlining standard procedures, and clear communication.

Qualifications

• Must have a General Diploma with relevant Sales/Commercial exposure in aviation (optional).
• Demonstrated willingness and enthusiasm to learn.
• Capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment and supporting sales operations during crises.
• Comfortable dealing with ambiguity and incomplete information.
• Self-starter with excellent communication and teamwork.
• Clear, concise spoken and written English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Working with the Sales Operations team in supporting Trade-related sales matters and enhance our Trade Partners' experience
• Optimising in-house tools to reduce manual processes and gain efficiencies
• Supporting team managers in streamlining standard handling processes, in alignment with Scoot’s policies and requirements
• Provide effective Trade communication to build awareness, maintain engagement and preserve loyalty
