Job summary

Scoot is seeking a motivated Sales Operations Officer to support Trade-related sales activities and enhance our Trade Partners' experience. You will collaborate with Scoot Commercial teams and external Trade Partners to ensure smooth sales activities in line with Scoot's policies.

Qualifications

• General Diploma with relevant Sales/Commercial experience in aviation is preferred.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English.

Responsibilities

• Working with the Sales Operations team in supporting Trade-related sales matters and enhance our Trade Partners' experience.
• Optimising in-house tools to reduce manual processes and gain efficiencies.
• Supporting team managers in streamlining standard handling processes, in alignment with Scoot’s policies and requirements.
• Provide effective Trade communication to build awareness, maintain engagement and preserve loyalty
