With 2–3 years of banking operations experience, particularly in DBRP, you will use MS Word and Excel to support processing and reporting.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in banking operations, especially in imports and DBRP.
• Functional knowledge of post-shipment financing and payable invoice financing.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Word and Excel.
• Ability to work extended hours during peak periods with accuracy and urgency.

Responsibilities

• Process daily Trade Operations transactions for SG and AU per service standards.
• Liaise with Business Units or customers to obtain required instructions.
• Coordinate with internal/external counterparties for queries on transactions.
• Perform day-end reconciliation of transactions.
• Adhere to risk/control guidelines and policies.
• Assist in projects to improve work processes and handle ad-hoc tasks.
