Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in fixed income post-trade operations.
• Strong understanding of fixed income products including bonds, repos, treasuries, and derivatives.
• Experience with coupon/redemption reconciliation and corporate action processing.
• Proficiency in Excel and SWIFT messaging is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily reconciliation of coupon and redemption payments and resolve discrepancies.
• Process corporate actions impacting fixed income securities (coupon, early redemption, tenders).
• Reconcile trade positions and cash with internal/external records, custodians, and nostro statements.
• Review and process custody and brokerage fees.
• Support monitoring and processing of management fees for Fixed Income Origination.
• Investigate and resolve post-trade exceptions and trade fails.
• Maintain records of all post-trade activities and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Collaborate with Front Office, Compliance, and Technology to resolve issues and improve processes.
• Identify risks and contribute to process improvement and automation.
• Stay updated on market developments and regulatory changes affecting fixed income post-trade.
