Job summary

DBS Bank Asia Gateway, Singapore, is seeking an experienced Operations professional to support post-trade processing for fixed income instruments. You will perform reconciliations, manage corporate actions, monitor settlement flows, and contribute to process improvements using data analytics and strong risk controls.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting and 2+ years in fixed income post-trade operations, with fluency in Excel and Swift Messages.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in fixed income post-trade operations.
• Strong understanding of fixed income products (bonds, repos, treasuries, derivatives).
• Knowledge of Swift Messages format and creation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily reconciliation of coupon and redemption payments, investigating discrepancies.
• Process and manage corporate actions impacting fixed income securities.
• Reconcile trade positions and cash with internal/external records.
• Review and process custody and brokerage fees.
• Assist in monitoring management fees for Fixed Income Origination.
• Investigate and resolve trade fails and post-trade exceptions.
• Maintain accurate records of post-trade activities.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and industry regulations.
• Collaborate with Front Office, Compliance, and Technology to resolve issues.
• Identify and elevate risks to management.
• Contribute to process improvement and automation projects.
