Job summary

Bright Point Capital Pte. Ltd. is seeking an Operations Associate to support the trading team with invoice reconciliation, contract verification and documentation maintenance in a fast-paced environment.

You will perform daily invoice reconciliations, review contracts for accuracy, maintain records, and coordinate with internal teams and external counterparties to resolve issues, while upholding high attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Accounting or related discipline.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Strong attention to detail and comfortable working with numbers and documentation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and able to handle large volumes of records accurately.
• Organised, responsible and able to follow through on outstanding matters.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily reconciliation of invoices against trade records, contracts and other supporting documents.
• Review trade and contract details to ensure accuracy and consistency, and identify and follow up on discrepancies.
• Maintain proper records of trades, invoices, contracts and related operational documentation.
• Liaise with internal teams and external counterparties to clarify and resolve reconciliation or documentation issues.
• Support other operational and administrative duties as required.
