Job summary

Airswift is seeking a commercially minded, strategic professional to lead the development, optimization, and performance of a regional network across Southeast Asia and North America. You will partner with commercial teams to design competitive transportation solutions and drive profitability through network design and equipment utilization.

Based in Singapore, you will assess market trends, manage carrier relationships, and guide capacity planning while mitigating risks and supporting growth

Qualifications

• 7–10 years in shipping, logistics, transportation, supply chain, trade management or network planning.
• Strong commercial understanding with profitability and growth experience.
• Proven track record managing carrier relationships and network performance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement regional network strategies to improve service performance and profitability.
• Drive initiatives to improve equipment utilization and reduce repositioning costs.

• Support commercial negotiations and strategic sourcing initiatives to ensure competitive service offerings.
• Identify and mitigate risks related to capacity, service reliability, and supply chain disruptions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with transportation providers and logistics partners.
• Evaluate supplier capabilities, service performance, and network coverage.

Requirement:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Maritime Studies, Business, or a related discipline.
• 7-10 years of experience within shipping, logistics, transportation, supply chain, trade management, or network planning
• Strong commercial understanding with experience supporting profitability and growth initiatives.
• Demonstrated success in managing carrier relationships, network performance, and operational optimization.
