Job summary

ONYX SG PTE. LTD. invites applications for a Trade Finance & Treasury Executive to support a growing energy trading and offshore bunkering group.

You will prepare and manage Letters of Credit (LC) and day-to-day trade finance activities, oversee shipment schedules, ensure proper documentation, and forecast cash flow positions. The role requires a diploma or degree in Finance/Business, at least 1 year in commodities trading, knowledge of Incoterms and UCP600, and strong MS Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Finance, Business, Accounting or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of working/internship experience within commodities trading industry.
• Strong knowledge of Incoterms and UCP600.
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel (VLookUp, Pivot Table).
• Fluent in both English & Mandarin as the role is required to liaise with Chinese speaking associates and counterparties.

Job description

Our client, a growing energy trading and offshore bunkering group with an established international network is currently seeking for a Trade Finance & Treasury Executive

As part of a 6-member team, the Trade Finance & Treasury Executive will be responsible for the preparation and management of Letter of Credits (LC) and day-to-day trade finance operations and activities. Reporting to the Manager, the incumbent will oversee shipment schedules, ensuring proper documentation and forecasting of cash flow positions.

REQUIREMENTS

• Possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Finance, Business, Accounting or equivalent.
• At least 1 year(s) of working/internship experience within commodities trading industry
• Strong knowledge of Incoterms and UCP600
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel (VLookUp, Pivot Table)
• Fluent in both English & Mandarin as the role is required to liaise with Chinese speaking associates and counterparties
