OCBC Group in Singapore is seeking a Trade Finance Manager on a fixed-term contract ending 31 December 2026. The role is based at Tampines and is 100% office‑based, requiring oversight of Pre & Post Processing/KL UPC transactions and adherence to service levels.

You will lead day‑to‑day operations, ensure accurate reconciliation, manage risks, and drive continuous process improvements while delivering high‑quality customer service to internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with high integrity.
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications/IT savviness is a plus.
• Ability to plan, manage and control day‑to‑day activities.

Responsabilités

• Plan, manage and control daily pre & post processing activities.
• Ensure SLA adherence and accurate reconciliation of transactions.
• Handle exceptions, monitor pending items and escalate where needed.
• Provide technical guidance and maintain high service quality.
