• Plan, manage and control day-to-day activities.
• Ensure day-to-day operations comply with SLA and Procedures/Guidelines.
• Monitor activities for quality and resolve exceptions promptly.
• Handle, document and resolve all issues expeditiously.
• Provide technical advice to internal and external customers.
• Identify, understand and manage risks to contain them.
