Job summary

You will serve as a subject matter expert, partnering with Trade Finance Sales, Trade Services, Relationship Managers and cross-functional teams to ensure risk mitigation, accurate processing, and excellent client experience. Knowledge of guarantees, letters of credit, and collections is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma with relevant trade finance or banking operations experience.
• Strong understanding of trade finance products, processes, and regulatory requirements.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and data handling.

Responsibilities

• Execute trade finance transactions in compliance with regulations and SLAs.
• Review and process trade finance instruments within authority limits.
• Monitor and reconcile trade finance transactions; identify and escalate issues.
• Provide advisory support to stakeholders on trade finance products and processes.
• Participate in training and process-improvement initiatives.
