Job summary

JUST RECRUIT SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a dedicated professional in Singapore to assist the Electronic Client Integrations team. The role focuses on delivering for clients, improving resilience, and increasing output for the FX Digital Sales - eCI team in Singapore.

The position supports SFTS migration tail end, client maintenance, and coordination of required attestations and special projects, with a 1-year contract and a monthly salary of 6,500–7,000 SGD plus bonus.

Qualifications

• Clear understanding of FX market trading concepts and lifecycle.
• Experience onboarding and administering electronic trading (e-Trading) users.
• Experience in FX middle/back office in critical environments.

Responsibilities

• SFTS migration - Assist on the tail end of the project.
• Deliver Velocity client and user maintenance.
• Approve Domain Attestations.
• Deliver Pulse RTC requests, especially GTC ones.
• Maintain Click reports.
• Manage prioritization of FIX Onboardings.
• Manage the Velocity Issues list.
• Assist on the delivery of special projects such as Key Replacements in SFTS.

Job Purpose: Assist the Electronic Client Integrations team to deliver for our clients, bringing back resilience and increasing output for the team in Singapore.

Job Background/context: Augmented staff for the FX Digital Sales - eCI team. Given capacity constraints and special projects in 2025 and 2026 that severely consumed the team.

Key Responsibilities

1. SFTS migration - Assist on the tail end of the project
2. Deliver Velocity client and user maintenance
3. Approve Domain Attestations
4. Deliver Pulse RTC requests, especially GTC ones
5. Maintain Click reports
6. Manage prioritization of FIX Onboardings
7. Manage the Velocity Issues list
8. Assist on the delivery of special projects such as Key Replacements in SFTS

Person Specification

Knowledge/Experience:

Essential

• Clear understanding of the FX market, trading concepts, including the front to back understanding of trading lifecycle - Execution, Allocation, Clearing & Settlement process
• Working experience in onboarding & administering electronic trading (e-Trading) users
• Experience in e-Trading Client Services or associated Operations group in a high availability/mission critical environment
• Experience with FX Middle and/or Back Office
