Job summary

PERSOL Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a skilled professional to support FX trading operations, focusing on end-to-end lifecycle tasks from execution to settlement. The role involves onboarding e-Trading users, handling client services, and managing middle/back office processes in a high-availability environment.

Fluency in Mandarin is required for client communications and documentation. This position is based in Singapore and requires a detailed, process-driven mindset to ensure reporting

Qualifications

• Clear understanding of FX market and trading lifecycle including front-to-back understanding of the trading lifecycle covering Execution, Allocation, Clearing, and Settlement processes.
• Working experience in onboarding and administering electronic trading (e-Trading) users.
• Experience in e-Trading Client Services or an associated Operations group within a high availability and mission-critical environment.
• Fluency in Mandarin as there are certain client communications and documentations in Mandarin
• Experience with FX Middle Office and/or Back Office functions.

Responsibilities

• Support the SFTS migration project and assist with activities during the tail end of the implementation.
• Deliver Velocity client and user maintenance activities.
• Review and approve Domain Attestations.
• Deliver Pulse RTC requests, with a particular focus on GTC requests.
• Maintain Click reports and ensure reporting accuracy.
• Manage the prioritization and coordination of FIX onboardings.
• Manage and track the Velocity Issues list.
• Assist in the delivery of special projects such as Key Replacements in SFTS.
