Job summary

AMBITION GROUP SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. seeks an experienced banking operations professional to support SFTS migration and client maintenance.

You will ensure accurate updates and coordinate with internal teams to resolve onboarding issues. The role requires a minimum of 5 years in banking, a related degree, and readiness to start immediately. FX middle or back office experience is a plus, with emphasis on controls and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of banking experience.
• FX middle or back office experience is advantageous.
• Available to start immediately or on short notice.

Responsibilities

• Support the SFTS migration, including assisting with the final stages of the project and related activities.
• Manage Velocity client and user maintenance, ensuring accurate and timely updates.
• Review and approve Domain Attestations in line with established processes and controls.
• Manage Pulse RTC requests, with particular focus on GTC-related requests.
• Maintain and update Click reports, ensuring data accuracy and timely reporting.
• Manage the prioritisation and coordination of FIX onboarding requests, working with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain and manage the Velocity Issues List, tracking outstanding issues through to resolution.
• Support the delivery of special projects and technology initiatives, including activities such as key replacements within SFTS.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders and client-facing teams to resolve operational issues and ensure smooth electronic client connectivity and onboarding.
• Adhoc tasks and projects as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Degree in a related discipline
• Minimum 5 years of relevant banking experience
• Experience with FX Middle or Back office will be an added advantage
