Job summary

ESI an MKS Brand in Singapore is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer (Mechanical) to design, maintain, and improve tooling systems, ensuring equipment reliability and production efficiency. You will lead tooling design, coordinate with production teams, and implement preventive maintenance, TPM, and lean initiatives to drive cost reductions.

Experience with CNC tooling, CAD proficiency, and strong problem-solving skills are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Experience in tooling design, fabrication, and maintenance within manufacturing.
• Knowledge of CAD software: AutoCAD, SolidWorks, NX.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain jigs, fixtures, and tooling to support production.
• Plan and execute preventive and predictive maintenance schedules for mechanical equipment.
• Provide technical support to production teams on tooling and equipment usage.
• Identify opportunities to improve tooling efficiency and equipment reliability.
