Job summary

GTS Consulting seeks an experienced TikTok Performance Marketing Manager to drive profitable sales through TikTok Shop GMV Max campaigns. This role focuses on conversion and ROI, not followers or brand awareness, and collaborates with in-house video production, influencer, affiliate and e-commerce teams to grow skincare products in Singapore and Malaysia.

You will manage campaigns, optimise budgets, and identify winning videos and offers to maximize revenue while maintaining profitability.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of hands-on performance marketing experience with TikTok ads.
Direct experience managing TikTok Shop GMV Max campaigns.
Must have personally managed campaigns, not just overseen agencies.
Experience advertising physical consumer products via TikTok Shop.
Strong understanding of TikTok Shop's ad ecosystem and performance metrics.

Responsibilities

Set up, launch, monitor and optimise TikTok Shop GMV Max campaigns.
Manage product GMV Max campaigns and LIVE GMV Max campaigns where applicable.
Set ROI targets, budgets and product selections.
Monitor GMV, ROI and cost per order daily.
Identify underperforming campaigns and take corrective actions.
Scale profitable campaigns while protecting margins.
Work with video production, influencer and affiliate teams to growth skincare products in SG/MY.
Develop creative briefs and test different video openings and messages.
Provide actionable recommendations based on performance data.
Maintain reporting on revenue, ROAS and ad spend by product and campaign.
