in Singapore seeks a hands-on TikTok Advertising & Campaign Manager to drive sales on TikTok Shop for physical consumer products, control budgets, test creatives and scale winning campaigns. You will develop influencer strategies across TikTok, Instagram and YouTube, manage KOL partnerships, collaborate with video production and e-commerce teams, and track performance to improve ROAS and profitability.

Qualifications

• Experience managing TikTok Shop advertising campaigns for physical consumer products.
• Must have personally managed advertising campaigns, not just overseen agencies.
• Strong understanding of campaign optimization and performance measurement on TikTok Shop.
• Ability to analyze ROAS, ROI, CPA, CAC, GMV and advertising contribution margin.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimise TikTok advertising campaigns to achieve sales and profitability targets.
• Control advertising budgets, test creatives and scale high-performing campaigns.
• Identify effective product selling points and collaborate with internal teams on short-video and livestream campaigns.
• Develop and execute influencer strategies across TikTok, Instagram and YouTube.
• Identify, negotiate and manage KOL, influencer and agency partnerships.
• Coordinate content creation, campaign deliverables and long-term creator relationships.
• Monitor campaign performance and optimise reach, engagement and conversions.
• Track advertising spend, GMV, ROAS and cost per order.
• Prepare monthly performance reports by product, campaign and creative.
• Evaluate results against sales and profitability targets and recommend improvements.
