Lumen Social Pte Ltd is offering a full-time internship in Account & Creator Operations in Singapore. You will work on briefs, timelines, and reporting across multiple brands, while recruiting and coordinating creators for seeding and affiliate campaigns.

Successful applicants will manage daily tasks, stay organized, and extract insights from performance data to help clients optimize campaigns. Mentorship is provided.

About us

Lumen Social is a Singapore social media agency that works only on TikTok. We partner with FMCG and lifestyle brands on short-form video, UGC and affiliate creator programmes, and we treat content as a performance channel. Every video should move product, and we track the numbers to prove it. We’re a small, hands-on team, so interns do real work on live brand accounts from week one.

Interns who spend too much time on TikTok and want to turn that into a career. Pick the track that fits you best:

Account & Creator Operations

• Support client accounts day to day: briefs, timelines, deliverable tracking and reporting
• Recruit, onboard and coordinate creators for seeding and affiliate campaigns
• Keep monthly video targets on track across several brands at once
• Pull performance data and help turn it into insights for clients

You’ll do well here if you:

1. Know TikTok inside out: trends, creators, TikTok Shop, what makes people stop scrolling
2. Are organised and quick to respond, and can manage many moving parts
3. Are curious about why content performs, not just how it looks
