Job summary

ULTI, a Singapore brand, seeks a Content Creator Intern to transform ideas into engaging short-form videos across TikTok, Reels, XiaoHongShu and YouTube Shorts. You’ll pitch concepts, shoot behind or in front of the camera, and turn trends into compelling content you can publish.

You’ll collaborate with the team to brainstorm ideas, manage the content calendar, and participate in live sessions while learning branding, ecommerce, influencer marketing and paid campaigns.

Qualifications

• You love creating content for TikTok/Instagram and beyond.
• You understand what makes someone stop scrolling.
• You keep up with TikTok, Reels and XHS trends without prompting.
• You’re comfortable using CapCut, Canva or similar editing tools.
• You’re willing to experiment, learn quickly and own your work.

Responsibilities

• Film and edit TikToks, Reels, XiaoHongShu and YouTube Shorts.
• Turn trends, memes and everyday moments into ULTi content.
• Create product, lifestyle, BTS and campaign videos.
• Write hooks, captions and short-form scripts that grab attention.
• Brainstorm fresh content ideas with the team.
• Help shape and manage our social content calendar.
• Work on influencer collaborations and digital campaigns.
• Create content for TikTok, Instagram, XHS, YouTube and Shopee.
• Get involved in TikTok/Shopee/Instagram LIVE sessions.
• Test ideas, learn from performance and improve the next piece.

Role: Content Creator Intern
Commitment: 6–12 months
Schedule: Full-time / Part-time arrangements available
Allowance: S$1,000 – 1,800 /month, depending on experience, availability and role fit
Location: Singapore — in person
