Job summary

Singtel is hiring for a Tier 2 Network Operations role in Singapore. You will provide escalation-level technical support for enterprise network services, investigate incidents, perform RCA, and implement timely resolutions.

You will coordinate with global teams, vendors, and internal units to ensure service availability and customer satisfaction. The role requires willingness to rotate 24x7 shifts, a relevant Diploma or Bachelor’s degree, and experience in network operations or incident

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, or related discipline.
• Experience in network operations, technical support, or incident management preferred.
• Experience in enterprise networking environments and customer-facing operations advantageous.
• Knowledge of IP networking fundamentals and incident lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 2 technical support for enterprise network services, managing complex incidents and service requests within agreed service levels.
• Perform incident investigation, troubleshooting, RCA, and timely resolutions for network-related issues.
• Serve as a technical escalation point for internal operations teams, Global Corporate customers, and business stakeholders.
• Escalate unresolved issues to Tier 3 engineering with complete technical analysis and documentation.
• Collaborate with customers across regions to resolve issues while delivering a positive customer experience.
• Coordinate with internal units, overseas operators, and technology partners to maintain service availability.
• Work with vendors to troubleshoot CPE issues including routers and switches.
• Participate in 24x7 shift operations and standby support as required.
• Maintain incident records, documentation, and knowledge articles to support excellence and continuous improvement.
• Continuously learn emerging networking technologies and best practices.
