Job summary

5G-Starlink Pte. in Singapore seeks a ticketing associate to assist guests at the Singapore Flyer ticketing counters, sell and redeem tickets, and provide service to the general public and tour groups.

You will handle enquiries, support the Operations Team, and reconcile end-of-shift Accounts Receivable, including total sales and redemptions. The role includes inventory assistance and cross-training across the Operations Department.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests at the ticketing counters with enquiries
• Sale of Singapore Flyer tickets
• Redemption of Singapore Flyer tickets
• Provide ticketing service to general public and tour groups
• Handle any related enquiries and assist Operations Team when required
• Reconcile Accounts Receivable at the end of the shift, the total sales and redemption with report
• Assist the Team Leaders in the monthly inventory of Ticketing items
• Cross training and deployment to other sections within the Operations Department
• To perform shifts work
• Any other duties as assigned by superiors
