Job summary

OCBC Bank is offering a Third Party Vendor Management Internship in Singapore. You will work with the Risk & Prevention team to support vendor governance, due diligence, monitoring, and governance reporting while developing data analytics and stakeholder management skills.

You will collaborate with Technology, Operations, Procurement, Risk Management, Compliance, and Information Security to strengthen vendor risk governance in a regulated financial services environment.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree or Polytechnic Diploma in Business Management, Banking & Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Risk Management, Data Analytics, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Familiarity with Power BI or Power Automate is advantageous.
• Interest in financial services, technology governance, and third-party risk management.

Responsibilities

• Vendor Governance Support: assist in maintaining vendor governance records and governance artefacts.
• Risk & Due Diligence Reviews: support the review and tracking of vendor due diligence assessments and risk evaluations.
• Vendor Monitoring: assist in monitoring vendor performance and service delivery obligations.
• Risk Reporting & Analytics: assist in preparing management reports, dashboards, and governance materials.
• Data Analysis: analyse vendor-related data to identify trends and risk themes.
• Governance Meetings: participate in governance discussions and document key decisions.
