Job summary

ASMPT Ltd. seeks a talented Thermal Engineer to support design and development of thermal systems for advanced electronics and mechanical components. You will analyze thermal performance, create models, and validate designs through experiments.

You will design cooling/heating solutions, run simulations in ANSYS Fluent, FloEFD, and COMSOL, and contribute to automation of analysis workflows while collaborating across engineering teams to ensure reliable, efficient products.

Qualifications

• Degree required in Mechanical Engineering or Physics.
• Experience in thermal analysis and modeling is preferred.
• Knowledge of CFD tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design cooling and heating systems and deploy.
• Drive thermal designs with numerical approaches and model-based analysis.
• Conduct experiments to validate designs.
• Develop automation scripts for numerical analysis tools.
• Support thermal management for electronics.
• Involve in precision and mechatronics work occasionally.
