Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires Polytechnic Diploma or higher in engineering or related discipline.
• Relevant experience in pipeline maintenance, industrial equipment maintenance, instrumentation, or process plant operations preferred.
• Experience with hot air systems, gas pipelines, carbonization systems or similar processes advantageous.
• Good trouble shooting and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work on a 3-shift rotating schedule.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong commitment to workplace safety when handling high-temperature equipment and combustible gases.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance, inspection, troubleshooting, and repair of hot air pipelines and ducting systems at a chicken manure carbonization facility.
• Carry out maintenance and repair of combustible gas pipelines associated with the carbonization process.
• Monitor operating condition of pipelines, valves, fittings, and related equipment for safe, reliable operation.
• Calibrate, maintain, inspect, and repair pipeline monitoring instruments and sensors.
• Identify equipment/pipeline abnormalities, diagnose faults, and implement corrective actions.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and improve reliability and safety of piping/instrumentation systems.
• Follow safety procedures when working with high-temperature systems and combustible gases.
• Maintain records of inspections, maintenance, repairs, and instrument calibration.

Job Responsibilities

Perform routine maintenance, inspection, troubleshooting, and repair of hot air pipelines and ducting systems at a chicken manure carbonization facility.

Carryout maintenance and repair of combustible gas pipelines associated with the carbonization process.

Monitor the operating condition of pipelines, valves, fittings, and related equipment to ensure safe and reliable operation.

Perform calibration, maintenance, inspection, and repair of pipeline monitoring instruments and instrumentation systems, including relevant sensors and measuring devices.

Identify equipment and pipeline abnormalities, diagnose faults, and implement corrective actions.

Conduct preventive maintenance and assist in improving the reliability and safety of the piping and instrumentation systems.

Follow workplace safety procedures and operational requirements when working with high-temperature systems and combustible gases.

Maintain accurate records of inspections, maintenance activities, repairs, and instrument calibration.

Requirements

Polytechnic Diploma or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering， Process Engineering, Instrumentation & Control, or a related discipline.

Relevant experience in pipeline maintenance, industrial equipment maintenance, instrumentation, or process plant operations is preferred.

Experience with hot air systems, gas pipelines, carbonization systems, or similar industrial processes will be an advantage.

Good trouble shooting and problem-solving skills.

Willing to work on a 3-shift rotating schedule.
