ANG MO KIO - THYE HUA KWAN HOSPITAL LTD. is seeking a Therapy Support staff to assist our therapists in delivering quality care. You will prepare, transfer and porter patients, assist with daily treatments, and maintain schedules.

You will also help with basic clerical duties, billing support, and ensure the therapy department remains clean and well stocked. Strong communication and teamwork in a community hospital setting are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum WSQ Higher Certificate in Therapy Support, or equivalent.
• Years of relevant experience accepted if no WSQ certification.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.

Aufgaben

• Prepare, transfer and porter patients for therapy sessions.
• Assist therapists in daily patient treatment and basic care tasks.
• Maintain patient treatment timetable and portering schedules.
• Help with patient billing and track daily attendance statistics.
• Maintain therapy equipment and supplies; perform clerical duties as needed.
• Provide feedback on patient care issues and keep the department clean.
