THYE HUA KWAN MORAL CHARITIES LIMITED is seeking a Therapy Support role within the Clinical and Administrative teams in Singapore. You will assist therapists with session preparation, equipment handling and client monitoring in a community rehabilitation setting.

The role includes implementing client-centred activities, recording outcomes, and providing home exercise guidance, while supporting caregiver education and data collection activities.

Formación

• Diploma in Rehabilitation Care or WSQ Certificate in Healthcare (Therapy Support) preferred.
• Related Certificate or Degree in Sports Science or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of experience in relevant setting.

Responsabilidades

• Assist therapists in preparing clients, environment and equipment for sessions.
• Sanitise and organise equipment after each session.
• Assist in gathering client information, observing mobility and baseline checks.
• Support goal-oriented therapy, report client responses.
• Assist in recording outcome measures and routine monitoring data.
• Provide therapy activities and home exercise advice as directed.
• Support individual or group rehabilitation exercises as prescribed.
• Assist in caregiver training on therapy techniques and counselling.
• Monitor participation, safety concerns and progress with therapists.
• Escalate to therapist when plan modifications are needed.
• Communicate routine therapy instructions and appointment info.
• Document attendance, activities, responses and incidents.
• Seek supervision for complex cases and safety issues.
• Orientate new therapy assistants and students to routines.
• Assist in data collection, audits and service evaluation.

Educación

Diploma in Rehabilitation Care or WSQ Certificate in Healthcare (Therapy Support) preferred

Related Certificate or Degree in Sports Science or equivalent
