Job summary

REACH Senior Service’s Senior Care Centre in Singapore is seeking a Physiotherapist to support rehabilitation and wellness programmes that help seniors maintain mobility, strength, and independence through evidence-based interventions.

You will assess and design individualised movement plans, facilitate group exercises, educate families, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic care.

Qualifications

• Degree in Physiotherapy or equivalent qualification recognised by AHPC.
• Eligible for AHPC registration.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in eldercare, rehabilitation, or community settings preferred.
• Good communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
• Passionate about promoting active ageing and improving seniors’ quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Conduct basic physiotherapy assessments under supervision.
• Implement and monitor individualised exercise and rehabilitation programmes.
• Facilitate therapy sessions, group exercises, and mobility training.
• Maintain physiotherapy equipment and assistive devices.
• Observe, record, and report clients’ progress to the supervising Physiotherapist.
• Educate clients and caregivers on safe mobility and home exercises.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for holistic care plans.
• Maintain accurate documentation and assist with scheduling therapy sessions.
• Support health promotion programmes and participate in audits and quality improvement initiatives.
