Job summary

AWWA LTD is seeking a Senior Physiotherapist to join our dynamic interprofessional team of Allied Health Professionals. We serve clients across nursing homes, day centres, community hospitals, and home therapy services, aiming to restore function and daily participation.

The role includes mentoring junior physiotherapists, leading complex case discussions, and collaborating with Occupational Therapists and Speech Therapists to deliver holistic care in various settings.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assess and identify the individual needs of clients and formulate, develop and implement appropriate individualized therapy programmes to support clients in the Intermediate and Long Term care setting
• Monitor training programmes and review its effectiveness
• Liaise with various disciplines involved in the rehabilitative treatment process
• Refer clients to the respective specialists for consultation and intervention
• Mentor, coach and provide guidance to junior Physiotherapists and enhance their clinical competencies, professional development and quality of practice
• Take the lead in managing complex cases and provide clinical consultation to the team where appropriate

Job Requirements:

• Recognised Degree inPhysiotherapy
• Registered as a Full registrant with the Allied Health Professions Council in Singapore.
