Job summary

PERENNIAL (PARRY) AL CARE MANAGEMENT PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a qualified Physiotherapist to lead patient care within a multidisciplinary team.

You will conduct comprehensive assessments addressing mobility, balance, strength, and range of motion, and deliver evidence-based interventions. This role requires AHPC registration, 2–3 years of experience, strong service orientation, and the ability to work under pressure.

Qualifications

• Diploma / Degree / Master in Physiotherapy
• Registered with the Allied Health Professional Council (AHPC)
• At least 2 to 3 years of experience in healthcare related institutions
• Service-oriented and customer-focused
• Adaptable and proactive with the ability to work under pressure
• Passionate about learning and professional growth

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive physiotherapy assessments addressing mobility, balance, physical strength, range of motion, cardiopulmonary endurance etc.
• Deliver evidence-based interventions including mobility and balance retraining, therapeutic exercises to improve range of motion, strength, flexibility etc.
• Monitor and review clients' progress regularly, adjusting interventions in response to outcomes and care goals.
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation and uphold confidentiality in accordance with professional and organizational standards.
• Provide advice on the use of assistive devices such as walking aids etc.
• Conduct caregiver training.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic client care.
• Contribute to Inservice training, quality and service improvement initiatives.
• Supervise and conduct training to Therapy Aides (TAs) / new team members as required.
• Participate in research or audits where applicable.
• Oversees inventory management process.
• Any other duties as assigned.
