Job summary

KK Women’s and Children’s Hospital Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Senior / Associate Executive (Operating Theatre Services, Day Surgery) to coordinate daily theatre lists and support administrative tasks for OTS and Day Surgery.

The role involves preparing departmental statistics, entering daily charges, and performing face-to-face registration with financial counselling when deployed to Day Surgery. Strong teamwork and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma with 2 years’ working experience or GCE N/O/A Levels with at least 6 years’ of working experience.
• Able to work independently.
• A positive team-player with good interpersonal skills and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, database management and budget management.
• Able to work on some Saturday (0.5 day) when rostered on duty at OT Service.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, organize and maintain the daily operating schedule (lists) to maximize theatre utilization.
• Prepare/compile departmental statistics and bill charges; handle administrative work for Operating Theatre Services (OTS) & Day Surgery.
• Provide face-to-face registration over the counter and financial counselling to patients when deployed to Day Surgery.
