Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD in Novena (Singapore) is seeking a temporary Billing/Operations Assistant for 6 months ( Renewable ). The role requires no prior experience and offers on-the-job training.

You will handle hospital billing inquiries, coordinate with clinics and departments, and communicate with the OT ferry team to schedule patient pickups. Working hours are varied (7am-5pm / 8am-6pm / 12pm-9pm) across seven days with 5 days per week.

Qualifications

• No experience required, training will be provided.
• Candidate must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-tension environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle billing matters for operations.
• Respond to queries and emails regarding hospital bills.
• Coordinate with clinics/departments on operations; liaise with OT ferry team on patient transport timelines.
