Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle billing matters for operations and manage hospital bill-related queries and emails.
• Coordinate with clinics and departments to confirm scheduled operations.
• Liaise with the OT team to arrange patient transfers to and from the Operating Theatre.
• Provide administrative support to ensure smooth daily OT operations.
• Handle enquiries professionally and provide timely follow-up.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned.
