Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking Thai Bilingual Experts to contribute to an AI training project focused on Thai language understanding and generation. You will evaluate Thai audio content, assess linguistic quality, and provide feedback based on established guidelines.

No prior AI experience is required. Strong Thai language skills, English communication, and attention to detail are essential. This is a remote contractor role with flexible deadlines and opportunities to impact model improvements.

Qualifications

• Native-level proficiency in Thai (spoken and written).
• B2+ proficiency in English for written and verbal communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify subtle linguistic differences.
• Excellent written communication skills.

• Ability to clearly explain linguistic observations and evaluation decisions.
• Ability to follow detailed guidelines and apply evaluation criteria consistently.

Responsibilities

• Listen to Thai audio and evaluate nativeness, fluency, and linguistic quality.
• Assess pronunciation, intonation, accent, rhythm, and authenticity.
• Identify unnatural phrasing and pronunciation issues.
• Document evaluations in English with clear explanations.
• Provide justifications for evaluation decisions.
• Follow guidelines, rubrics, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with coordinators to clarify requirements.
• Provide linguistic insights to improve Thai-language AI models.
• Complete reviews accurately within deadlines.
• Maintain high quality, consistency, and attention to detail.
