Job summary

SME Careers is seeking a Tamil Quality Assurance Lead (QAL) to ensure the quality of AI training data for Tamil projects. In this remote role, you will monitor output quality, provide feedback, and support the onboarding and training of contributors.

The ideal candidate must be fluent in Tamil and English, possess a degree in a relevant field, and have over 3 years of experience in language quality assurance or similar workflows. You will play a crucial role in enhancing Tamil AI models.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Tamil writing, editing, QA, or related workflows.
• Strong understanding of Tamil grammar and cultural context.
• Experience leading remote teams is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Quality monitoring of Tamil items and providing feedback.
• Updating trainers and QAs through Discord.
• Creating and maintaining Tamil project documentation.
• Scheduling onboarding/training calls with trainers and QAs.
