YO AI Labs is seeking Indonesian bilingual experts to support a large-scale linguistic and AI training project. You will evaluate AI-generated Indonesian speech for nativeness, fluency, and quality, and provide detailed feedback to improve language model performance.

Strong Indonesian expertise, English communication, and meticulous attention to detail are essential, with remote work flexibility and collaboration with project teams.

Qualifications

• Native-level Indonesian with excellent spoken and written command.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian culture and regional variations.
• B2+ English proficiency with strong written and verbal communication.
• Detail-oriented with a methodical approach to language evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Listen to and review audio clips to evaluate nativeness, fluency, and overall quality.
• Assess pronunciation, intonation, accent, rhythm, and linguistic authenticity.
• Evaluate language accuracy and identify unnatural expressions.
• Validate cultural and contextual appropriateness of language in audio samples.
• Provide clear written feedback in English and verbal feedback when required.
• Document observations and provide actionable insights for model improvement.
• Follow established guidelines, rubrics, and evaluation standards consistently.
• Collaborate with project coordinators to discuss findings and clarify evaluation requirements.
