Job summary

manpower staffing services (singapore) pte ltd is seeking an experienced Test Manager to own the end-to-end test management across waves, including SIT/UAT as applicable. You will define strategy, create wave test plans, and coordinate with Tech Leads and teams to ensure readiness and evidence-based exit decisions.

Responsibilities include defect triage governance, environment readiness, and reporting for go/no-go decisions. Collaboration with regional teams and agile practices is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Proven test management experience on large-scale integration/migration programmes.
• Good defect management and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Familiarity with test tooling (Jira/ADO/ALM/qTest) and reporting automation.
• Solid understanding of testing methodologies, defect management practices, and agile frameworks.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, coupled with good communication skills.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional and regional teams.

• Provide test reporting and readiness inputs to wave go/no-go (coverage, pass rates, defect trends, residual risk).
• Drive continuous improvement across waves (lessons learned, standard templates, automation where possible).
