Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or related discipline.
• 3–8 years of experience in manufacturing equipment maintenance, test equipment support, or high-volume production environments.
• Experience troubleshooting equipment and performing preventive or predictive maintenance.
• Knowledge of automation systems, robotics, PLCs, test equipment, or manufacturing technologies.
• Experience analyzing equipment performance, yield, or operational data to drive improvements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance team to achieve equipment, yield, safety, and productivity goals.
• Drive preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs to maximize uptime.
• Support installation, calibration, qualification, and maintenance of production test equipment and automation systems.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot equipment issues and reduce production disruptions.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on OEE, downtime reduction, cost optimization, and yield enhancement.
• Ensure compliance with EHS, LOTO, and company safety requirements; support audits and documentation control.
