Evolution Recruitment Solutions Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a Senior QA Automation professional to own and scale automated testing across squads. You will design and implement end-to-end test strategies, develop robust automation suites, and drive quality through CI/CD pipelines.

The role requires hands-on experience with Playwright/Selenium/Cypress, API testing, performance testing, and strong SQL skills. You will collaborate with product and engineering to ensure delivery excellence.

Formación

• 4 years of Software QA experience, including automated test suites from scratch.
• Experience developing and maintaining Test Plans, test scenarios, scripts, and test metrics.

Responsabilidades

• Own and maintain release Test Plans, covering test stages, entry/exit criteria, test data, defect management, and test metrics.
• Develop test scenarios, scripts, and expected results from user stories and acceptance criteria, ensuring end-to-end traceability.
• Lead the test automation strategy and framework, building and expanding automated test suites from the first sprint.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and maintain regression suites for each delivery increment.
• Execute system, regression, and integration testing within sprint timelines.
• Plan and conduct performance testing with the Performance Engineer, analyse results, and identify performance bottlenecks.
• Manage the defect lifecycle, including triage, root-cause classification, resolution tracking, and reporting.
• Prepare UAT test artefacts and support business users during test execution.
• Establish testing standards and review test artefacts across squads to ensure consistent quality and coverage.
• Use AI tools to generate test scenarios and scripts, validating coverage and accuracy before implementation.
• Present test results, outstanding defects, risks, and release-readiness recommendations at sprint reviews and governance meetings.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, development, and performance teams to ensure quality throughout delivery.

Key Responsibilities
