Job summary

LINKS INTERNATIONAL Japan in Singapore is seeking a capable Team Coordinator to lead the terminal operations team and ensure performance targets and quality standards are met. You will drive performance reviews, oversee hiring and training, and implement development plans to grow team capability.

The role requires a Diploma in Chemical Process Technology and 3–5 years in terminal operations, with at least 3 years in a Team Coordinator position.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Chemical Process Technology or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of terminal operations experience in a similar industry.
• At least 3 years’ experience as a Team Coordinator.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the operational team, ensuring that performance targets and quality standards are consistently met.
• Conduct member performance appraisals, handle hiring and training processes, and implement development plans to enhance team capabilities.
• Lead the team in investigations, troubleshooting and problem solving of incidents and abnormal observations
• Manage manpower administration, workflow scheduling and communication
• Lead in effective shift briefings and ensure key management objectives are communicated in a timely manner
• Cross Functional Coordination: Collaborate with other team
