Job summary

ACW Tank Terminal is seeking a strategic and hands-on Terminal Manager to lead our storage and logistics facility at 36 Penjuru Road, Singapore. You will own end-to-end management, ensuring world-class operational excellence, safety standards, and financial stewardship for MHI-enabled operations.

The role requires a proven track record in chemical terminal or process plant operations, with strong leadership and regulatory expertise to drive asset integrity and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in chemical terminals, petrochemical facilities or chemical plants.
• Strong knowledge of WSH regulations, QRA and MHI safety.
• Experience in tank terminal operations, ISO Tank depot management and QC procedures.

Responsibilities

• Lead all regulatory compliance, including WSH, risk assessments, QRA and MHI safety cases.
• Oversee terminal operations: 4 x 600 cbm storage tanks, blending, drumming and warehouse logistics.
• Direct preventive and corrective maintenance to maximize asset lifecycle and uptime.
• Own costing and budgeting for terminal operations; drive cost efficiency.
• Set operational standards and deliver KPI reporting to senior management; foster safety culture.
• Provide agile leadership to adapt to market and technical shifts.
