Responsibilities

• Overseeing Daily Operations and Staff Activities Monitor and coordinate daily work activities, ensure proper staffing levels, and maintain operational efficiency.
• Assigning Tasks and Managing Team Schedules Create and manage work schedules, assign tasks to team members, and ensure adequate coverage for all shifts.
• Monitoring Employee Performance Track employee performance, provide feedback and coaching, and conduct performance evaluations.
• Ensuring Workplace Policies and Standards are Followed Enforce company policies, safety procedures, and quality standards across all operations.
• Reporting to Management Prepare and submit regular reports on operations, team performance, and key metrics to upper management.
