Job summary

Jurong Port is seeking a proactive professional to oversee terminal operations and transformation initiatives across wharf, safety and admin functions. You will work with RMC Terminal Manager and stakeholders to improve processes, manage data systems, and drive automation projects while ensuring compliance and operational excellence.

Responsibilities include planning vessel discharging sequences, coordinating with crane operators and stevedores, and delivering continuous improvement in safety,

Qualifications

• Minimum Polytechnic diploma or higher in engineering, logistics or related field.
• 2+ years in a supervisory role with operations experience in engineering, logistics, shipping or maritime industries.
• Port operations experience is a plus if qualifications are not met.

Responsibilities

• Oversee terminal operations and wharf activities to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and drive transformation, data systems, and process improvements.
• Plan vessel discharging sequences, berth allocation and crane/stevedore performance.
• Implement safety checks, incident reporting and continuous improvement plans.
• Admin tasks include tracking movements, orders and cost controls.
