Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, Construction Management, or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in tendering, estimating, or commercial quantity surveying.
• Strong knowledge of tendering, cost estimation, procurement, contract administration, and SOR pricing.
• Good analytical, commercial, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel) and estimating/QS software.
