Job summary

Recruit Now Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a Tender Presentation Designer to join our established interior fit-out team in Singapore. You will coordinate RFPs, prepare proposals and presentations, and create marketing materials for commercial interior fit-out projects.

Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop) and Microsoft Office is essential, along with a strong design portfolio. This role offers a competitive monthly salary up to SGD 4,500 plus bonus and a 5-day work week.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating RFPs/tenders and preparing proposals.
• Design portfolio showcasing tender presentations and marketing materials.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop) and MS Office/PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate RFPs/tender submissions and liaise with internal teams to gather information
• Develop bid proposals, presentations and marketing materials
• Create and update PowerPoint presentations, EDMs, social media and promotional content
• Use Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, and Microsoft Office/presentation tools
• Conduct research and leverage AI/productivity tools to improve proposal and presentation work
• Maintain client databases, project references and marketing information
• Support business development activities and trade/social events
• Manage multiple deadlines independently while ensuring accuracy and high-quality output

Our Client, an established interior fit-out company specialising in quality interior solutions and projects within the built environment industry, is inviting qualified candidates to fill the position as Tender Presentation Designer.

You will be responsible for coordinating RFPs, preparing proposals and presentations, creating marketing materials, and maintaining client and project information.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Coordinate RFPs/tender submissions and liaise with internal teams to gather information
• Develop bid proposals, presentations and marketing materials
• Create and update PowerPoint presentations, EDMs, social media and promotional content
• Use Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, and Microsoft Office/presentation tools
• Conduct research and leverage AI/productivity tools to improve proposal and presentation work

REQUIREMENTS:

• Construction and interior fit-out industry or project management experience preferred
• Must be familiar with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop), Microsoft Office applications or any other presentation slides generating tools
• Design portfolio will be advantageous

• Working Days/Hours: 5 days/Office Hours, 8am - 6pm / 8am - 5pm
• Salary: Up to $4,500 (salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications)
