Job summary

3+i Design Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an Interior Designer to handle commercial and office fit-out projects. You will develop concepts, create space plans, and present designs to clients.

The role requires at least 3 years of interior design experience, proficiency in AutoCAD, 3D modelling, Photoshop/Illustrator, and strong coordination skills. Mandarin is a plus.

Salary SGD 3,500–5,000 per month, with incentives; full-time permanent position.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of interior design experience in renovation or construction, preferably commercial projects.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, 3D modelling (3ds Max, V-Ray or SketchUp), Photoshop or Illustrator, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong project coordination and communication skills.
• Able to manage multiple projects and timelines.
• Ability to communicate in English.
• Ability to communicate in Mandarin is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet and liaise with clients to understand project requirements and design objectives
• Prepare design concepts, space planning and presentation materials
• Prepare project costing, budgeting and fit-out quotations
• Produce detailed construction drawings and 3D visualisations
• Conduct site measurements and site surveys
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers and project stakeholders
• Liaise with building management/landlords for necessary permits and submissions
• Support project execution from concept to completion

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of interior design experience in renovation or construction, preferably commercial projects
• Proficient in:
  • AutoCAD
  • 3D modelling (3ds Max V-Ray or SketchUp)
  • Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator
  • Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Strong project coordination and communication skills
• Able to manage multiple projects and timelines
• Ability to communicate in English .

Ability to communicate in Mandarin is an advantage to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients.
