BENCO MARITIME PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a capable Quantity Surveyor or Costing Specialist to handle tender costing, quotations sourcing, price comparison, and liaison with clients, main-contractor, suppliers and sub-contractors.

You will coordinate with the project team for contract verification and progress claims, monitor and manage project costing, and assist with tender briefings and presentations.

Responsabilidades

• Quantity measurement, costing and estimate for Tender or DSC contract.
• Source quotations, price comparison and costing, liaise with clients, main-contractor, suppliers and subcontractors.
• Follow up GBIz Tender, attend site show-around, tender briefing, tender interview, prepare tender presentation, MS and RA for submission.
• Coordinate with project team for contract verification and progress claim.
• Monitor and manage project costing.
