Job summary

Kuok Group Singapore is seeking a qualified commercial professional to manage the end‑to‑end tender process for onshore and offshore module construction. You will coordinate costing, pricing, tender proposals, and prequalification inputs with multiple departments to submit compelling bids.

Key tasks include reviewing prequalification documents, assembling tender inputs, preparing commercial proposals, monitoring deadlines, and supporting post‑submission activities.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering from a reputable institution.
• 5–8 years of relevant industry experience including a minimum of 3 years in commercial roles.
• Experience in FPSO projects or module construction is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review prequalification documentation and coordinate with relevant departments.
• Prepare tender inputs and commercial proposals for submission.
• Monitor deadlines and ensure timely tender submission.
• Costing and pricing using established templates with supplier quotes.
• Support post-submission activities and handover after award.
