• Build daily pipelines using automation and AI technologies to surface problematic cases, providing continuous feedback for product optimization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Intelligent Systems, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of cloud quality assurance experience, with large model training or evaluation, and familiarity with AI model benchmarking methods.
• Skilled in applying pipelines and AI tools to enhance troubleshooting workflows.
• Proficient in Python, strong data sensitivity and analytical skills, with experience in tracking and improving model performance through data.
• Excellent communication in English and Mandarin Chinese, cross‑team collaboration abilities, and a strong sense of ownership and teamwork.
