Job summary

Virtuos in Singapore seeks a Senior QA Engineer to ensure quality, reliability, and performance of AI products used internally. You will lead testing from prototypes through release, collaborating with R&D, product managers, and internal users to assure robust AI behavior and data integrity.

You will build automated checks, mentor junior QA staff, and define test strategies for internal AI tools, including knowledge search, AI assistants, and automated workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/SE or related field.
• 5+ years QA experience, including 2+ years in senior or lead capacity.
• Experience testing cloud apps, APIs, and integrations; desktop testing is a plus.
• Hands-on testing of AI-enabled applications and evaluating outputs.
• Proficiency in Python or JavaScript/TypeScript for test automation; familiar with Playwright/Cypress/Selenium.

Responsibilities

• Define test strategies, plans, and release criteria for internal AI products.
• Test complete workflows across web, cloud, and desktop; verify APIs and access control.
• Build and maintain evaluation datasets; set scoring criteria for accuracy.
• Evaluate AI outputs via automated and human reviews; cover edge cases.
• Mentor junior QA engineers and improve testing methods and automation practices.
