Job summary

Orchard Turn Developments Pte Ltd seeks a capable professional to manage mall tenant relations and tenancy operations in Singapore. The role covers handovers, alterations, compliance with guidelines, and events coordination to ensure smooth mall performance.

You will conduct inspections, liaise with tenants and internal teams, and handle tenancy administration and disputes as required, driving orderly, compliant operations.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Property Management, Business Administration, Real Estate, or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a similar position.
• Project management skill is an advantage.
• Analytical, detailed and systematic.
• Proficient with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee tenant handover, takeover, fitting out, minor additions & alterations, reinstatement processes.
• Monitor and ensure tenants’ compliance with mall guidelines, house rules, tenancy obligations and relevant statutory requirements.
• Conduct regular inspections and follow up on operational, compliance and rectification matters.
• Facilitate tenants’ in-store events and activities, ensuring compliance with mall guidelines and operational requirements.
• Communicate mall operational requirements to tenants in an effective manner.
• Plan, coordinate and facilitate tenant talks from concept to execution.
• Foster and maintain strong tenant relationships through regular engagement, effective communication and serve as the key liaison between tenants and Mall Management.
• Manage tenant-related administration, records, documentation and outstanding payments.
• Support the management of tenancy disputes, arrears and litigation matters where required.
• Work closely with internal departments and stakeholders to ensure seamless mall operations and effective implementation of tenancy obligations.
